IMO implements shutdown planning and execution, usually taking on the role of general mechanical contractor (GMC).
If requested by the customer, IMO can also provide partial services such as:
- Recording and planning of repair points
- Detailed planning/scheduling
- General planning and coordination
- Preparation of hazard and risk analyses
- Preparation of quality plans
- Interface monitoring
- Preparation of testing plans (from work steps)
- Determination of required resources
- Deployment and area planning
- Traffic and route planning, logistics conceptiation
- Safety monitoring and control
